What You’ll Do:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with orders, test results, and general inquiries Manage email communication and ensure timely follow-up Enter data into our CRM system accurately Resolve issues professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction Be the friendly voice and helpful problem-solver our customers count on ????
Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
REQUIRED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be comfortable on the phone and computer Customer-first attitude with a calm, professional demeanor Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Prior experience in customer service or call center is a plus ????
