BMW of Pembroke Pines has an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant Service Advisor to join the Holman family! What will you do? Follow up with all service customers particularly when their assigned advisor is absent Review the absent advisors LRO screen and contact all their customers to inform them that you will be the contact person until their original advisor returns Assist advisors with calling extended warranties for approval Continue to train alongside experienced advisors to gain knowledge of all the skills needed to become a successful service advisor Complete and maintain all of the companies training requirements for the advisor position Report to service management at the beginning of each workday to determine a priority list for the day Assist advisors with their customers during lunch hours What are we looking for?
