Position Overview:
We’re looking to expand our team that works directly with Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA), and other reimbursement plans. The main functions include collecting, interpreting, manipulating, and entering client benefit data, while working closely with clients to resolve their needs. The ideal candidate will be able to perform data analysis, while exercising problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Ultimately, your goal is to ensure our clients are satisfied with our service and recommend us to other business owners.
Key Responsibilities:
On the job training Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and manage customer information and files. Resolve client inquiries and ensure satisfaction. Communicate effectively with team and clients via phone and email.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools. Previous experience in customer service or claims processing is preferred.

Location:
Hybrid position with approx. 2-4 in-office days/month in Hollywood, FL.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, day shift. No weekends.
