In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients with their insurance needs. You will leverage your knowledge of various insurance products to help clients make informed decisions and ensure they receive the best coverage for their circumstances. Duties Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products. Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ current policies and coverage gaps. Provide guidance on benefits administration and help clients understand their options. Engage in retail sales activities, promoting various insurance products to potential customers. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales administration tasks. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive client information. Utilize telemarketing strategies to reach out to potential clients and generate leads. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and outstanding customer service. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice. Skills Strong background in insurance sales with a proven track record of success. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. Ability to analyze complex information and present it in a clear, understandable manner.
