Our mission is to bring art and history to life through meaningful client experiences and expertly curated auctions. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic front-of-house team. Your Role As the Client Services Coordinator, you’ll be the face of our organization—greeting clients, managing communications, and coordinating essential administrative functions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail, and an interest in the art and auction world. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and in person Coordinate appointments and maintain staff calendars Assist with client account setup and data entry Support auction and consignment intake processes Collaborate with sales and auction teams to streamline operations Learn the ins and outs of auction procedures through hands-on experience Who You Are A polished and professional communicator with a background in high-touch client service Trained in hospitality or concierge-level customer service, with a commitment to exceptional client experiences Formal service training or hospitality background is a plus Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment At least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support Tech-savvy with strong computer proficiency, including comfort with email, scheduling tools, and data entry systems Experience with Zoho, Salesforce, QuickBooks, or similar programs Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred Interest in the arts, antiques, or collectibles is a plus; experience with auction houses, consignment stores, or eBay reselling is welcomed Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay ($18-$22/hour, based on experience) Health insurance available after 90 days 401(k) with company matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Flexible scheduling when possible Professional development and mentorship from industry veterans A collaborative workplace where art and history meet innovation How to Apply Apply today to become part of a passionate team shaping the future of art and collectibles.
