The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating rental transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and managing inventory effectively. This role requires a strong understanding of the rental market and sales management principles, along with excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting rental products that meet their needs and preferences. Manage inventory control by tracking available rental items and ensuring proper stock levels. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Utilize sales management techniques to maximize rental opportunities and drive revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, customer interactions, and inventory status using Excel and Word. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up with clients post-rental. Collaborate with outside sales teams to promote rental services and expand the customer base. Analyze retail math to assess pricing strategies and optimize profitability. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a rental or retail environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management practices and sales management principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with retail math concepts is preferred but not required.
