Accurately process cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment as needed. Maintain front desk area appearance and uphold a professional environment. Manage appointment scheduling, maintain client records, and provide administrative support as needed. Prepare, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Support interdepartmental needs with filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
