$32.6K – $37.7K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Customer service Organizational skills Computer skills 2 years Communication skills Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary A Customer Service Associate helps the business improve performance, efficiency, and profitability by providing solutions in areas such as customer service, Intake management, satisfaction outcomes, and other administrative tasks. This position assists all departments as needed to provide optimal customer service to both clients and employees. Job Responsibilities Assist the billing and payroll department with caregiver timesheets. Assist with new client intake. Assists with new client insurance eligibility. Contact clients to initiate services and schedule services as directed. Continue ongoing communication with clients and/or family members to ensure the quality of care and customer service is being met. Assist the care department with staffing of per-diem nurse supervisory visits. Create a list for supervisory nurses that includes the client’s name, address, client contact information, and caregiver contact information, along with each client’s and caregiver’s calendar for each caregiver being supervised. Assist with caregiver annual reviews.. Participate in all office activities and respond to unexpected customer service situations. Participate in community engagement activities and events. Performs other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Education and Licensure :
A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Experience A minimum of two years’ customer service experience is required. Knowledge and Skills Effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Successful ability to negotiate conflict. Effective organizational skills with attention to accuracy, detail, and follow-up. On-call availability. Basic computer knowledge is required. Must be punctual and arrive at the client’s home on time.
