• Respond to inquiries andplaints regarding products or services
• Approve exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments as needed
• Serve as an escalation point for unresolved customer issues
• Document all interactions accurately using internal systems Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• 8-10 years of customer service-related experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay Details:

$25.00 per hour
