Job Description:

All Year Cooling and Plumbing is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, handling inquiries, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company’s reputation for excellence. We serve both South Florida and the Gulf Coast, including the Naples area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Process customer orders and coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely service delivery. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Provide product and service information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery. Stay updated on company policies, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. Adhere to safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations with composure. Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
