Job Description

We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the voice of our brand for both English and Spanish-speaking customers. What You’ll Do As a key member of our customer support team, you’ll: + Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about products, services, and orders. + Resolve service and billing issues by authorizing exchanges, refunds, and adjustments. + Act as an escalation point for complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution. + Review and document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in our systems. + Investigate issues by gathering relevant information and identifying root causes. + Refer unresolved issues to appropriate departments for further investigation. + Support sales efforts by promoting additional services or products when appropriate. + Manage order entry, shipping/export documentation, and warranty processing with precision.

What You Bring Must-Haves:

+ 3+ years of customer service experience in a professional setting. + Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal). + A four-year degree or equivalent experience (3-5 years in customer service). + Experience with shipping/export processes and data/order entry. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice-to-Haves:

+ Familiarity with ERP systems and tools like Adobe or Lotus Notes. + Strong documentation skills and attention to detail. + Experience processing warranty transactions or working in a technical support environment.
