Role:
As a Customer Service Representative at PriorityLab, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. You will play a vital role in building strong customer relationships and contributing to our commitment to excellence in environmental testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide top-tier support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
Order Processing:
Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are captured and communicated effectively.
Issue Resolution:
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed, while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach.
Documentation:
Meticulously document all customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and facilitating seamless follow-up.
Relationship Building:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience in a Laboratory is preferred, but not necessary.
