Our client, a leading luxury automotive brand, is seeking a High End Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Relations Department supporting high-end clientele. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide a Luxurious experience to customers which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate:
Starting $16.50/hr
What’s the Job?
Provide personalized customer service to clients, ensuring a premium experience.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requests and needs.
Assist in organizing and facilitating exclusive events and experiences for luxury customers.
What’s Needed?
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations with composure.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
