WHAT YOU’D BE DOING
Interfacing with Customers and Body Shops to answer product questions & assist with customer ordering. Analyzing customer questions, troubleshooting, and providing clear answers in an efficient and professional manner. Developing customer’s trust and loyalty in our brands. Maintaining customer records and updating account information. Developing knowledge of Salesforce, our e-commerce platform. Gaining in-depth knowledge of our full product line to best serve our customers.
