Role:

We’re looking for an upbeat, reliable, and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our crew! You’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they call — so a warm, professional, and helpful attitude is a must. No roofing experience? That’s okay! We’ll teach you what you need to know. If you’re organized, love talking to people, and are ready to grow with a tight-knit team, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Answering incoming calls with a smile (even if they can’t see it!) Scheduling appointments and following up with customers Assisting with basic office tasks like filing, emails, and data entry Communicating with the roofing team to help keep everything running smoothly Providing friendly, helpful support to customers and coworkers Learning about roofing services so you can confidently answer questions

What We’re Looking For:

Great communication and people skills A team player with a can-do attitude Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable using a phone, computer, and basic office software Willing to learn and grow with the company Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus , but not required

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$16.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
