Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls, live chats, and emails with accuracy and professionalism Assist customers with online orders, track shipments, and resolve product questions Design name badges using our easy online tool Create custom invoices and process orders efficiently Make occasional outbound sales calls to potential business clients What You Need to
Succeed:
Must be tech-savvy and quick with computers—this is non-negotiable Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to stay organized and manage several tasks simultaneously Positive attitude, team player, and a strong work ethic Reliable transportation to our Cooper City office (no remote option) Willingness to learn—full training provided
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay:
$16-$18/hour, based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM | 40 hours per week In-Office Role Only (no hybrid/remote)
