Coral Springs Dental Center We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Dental Call Center Representative to join our fast-growing team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an office professional with a friendly attitude and strong organizational skills to serve as our call center representative in this position, you will interact with patients primarily by phone to create the ultimate patient experience. In addition, you’ll be responsible for answering and managing the phones, scheduling the Doctor(s) and Hygienist schedule of patients. The office is fast paced and requires multitasking. Focused on patient convenient hours and offering Saturday appointments. We offer great benefits and vacation time. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Primary Job Responsibilities:

Taking calls from patients, answering questions, and addressing concerns. Scheduling all New Patient and existing patient calls and confirming, backfilling provider schedules. Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls. Listening to patient needs or issues and providing helpful solutions. Providing information about products and services. Processing payments, acquiring insurance information for verification. Following provided scripts for common questions. Engaging in active listening with callers and diffusing patient conflict matters. Utilizing interactive software to oversee customer service call efficiency and call flow.

Qualifications:

2-3 years experience preferred Associates Degree preferred Bilingual preferred Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with your co-workers and patients Driven personality to want to strive to be the best in your profession and provide the best care for our patients.
