Customer Service RepresentativeJob Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers—handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and delivering outstanding support and service. You’ll use tools such as Workiz to manage service calls, coordinate technician schedules, and maintain accurate customer records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and has experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field . Familiarity with Excel and QuickBooks is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and care. Schedule and confirm appointments using Workiz or similar dispatching software. Manage customer interactions via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Input service orders, assign jobs, and monitor job progress through Workiz. Perform accurate data entry to maintain current customer and service records. Collaborate with the dispatch and field teams to ensure efficient job routing and timely service. Proactively update customers on job status, appointment times, and any schedule changes or delays. Address customer concerns or complaints with a calm, solution-focused attitude. Assist with logistics and scheduling to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Experience with Workiz or similar field service management software (required). Prior experience in customer service, dispatching, or appointment scheduling . Strong phone etiquette and the ability to manage a high volume of calls. Proficiency with data entry , Excel , and basic office software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred but not required).
