Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Associates to contribute to our team’s success. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, building guest relationships, and promoting our services and packages. Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Basic math skills for processing transactions. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Team player with a proactive approach to work.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and identify their needs and preferences. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Build and maintain relationships with guests to ensure repeat business and guest loyalty. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
