Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on, customer-focused Implementation Specialist to join our team. This role is a dynamic blend of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities. You will travel to client sites to install and refurbish automated supply and medication cabinets, train end users, and ensure successful system go-lives. When not traveling, you will support our operations from our Weston, FL office, including managing calls and digital communications with patients, providers, insurers, and pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to healthcare facilities to install, configure, and refurbish automated medication and supply cabinets Provide on-site training to staff and ensure smooth adoption of systems Serve as the primary point of contact during implementations, addressing technical and workflow concerns Conduct follow-ups to ensure post-implementation success Manage inbound and outbound calls with patients, doctors’ offices, pharmacies, and insurance companies Assist in data entry, spreadsheet work, and tracking metrics
Requirements:
Up to 75% travel required Must work on-site in Weston, FL office when not traveling Prior experience in customer service or IT support preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer usage Comfortable handling technical tasks and learning new systems quickly Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or logistics setting is a plus
