Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support.
• Coordinate client requests, ensuring timely and accurate communication and delivery of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and maintain strong client relationships.
• Dealing with patient PHI, data entry for patient demographics and medical billing information.
• Working in conjunction with our billing company to follow up on missing insurance information, insurance denials and medical records requests.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of client services and laboratory operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word to effectively manage client data and documentation.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations and UPS WorldShip software a plus!
