Sparks Group is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our partner’s team as a P&C Customer Service Representative. This role plays a critical part in providing top-tier support for insurance-related inquiries, helping customers and agents navigate policy questions and service requests efficiently. This position requires 2 years of insurance customer experience within a Property & Casualty setting.

Responsibilities :

Handle incoming calls and chats to resolve customer inquiries related to insurance policies and endorsements. Analyze requests, provide solutions, and apply sound judgment within carrier guidelines. Meet departmental performance standards including call quality, handle time, and availability. Manage customer follow-ups to ensure resolution and satisfaction. Accurately document conversations and process transactions using automated systems. Communicate with internal teams to facilitate efficient resolution of customer needs. Support agents by answering policy and system-related questions. Organize and route relevant information to appropriate departments for further action. Qualifications /

Background Profile :

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an insurance agency setting, preferably in Personal Lines (e.g., homeowners). Working knowledge of Property / Casualty Insurance practices and policy structures. Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service. Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
