We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Executive to head our new CS department.

Duties will include:

Managing the customer journey from point of vehicle sale through to collection Dealing with customer inquiries via telephone and email Liaising with relevant third parties to ensure collections are organised and completed correctly Completing all relevant administration to process bookings correctly Managing the customers experience from start to finish ensuring our high standards are met Overcoming customer issues or objections should they arise Re-negotiating price on occasion Training and supervising others as the Customer Service team grows What we are looking for: First class customer service and negotiation skills A strong solutions based approach Excellent attention to detail Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Professional telephone manner with excellent communication and rapport building skills Great time management, planning and organizing efficiently Confident IT skills Team player approach, personable with a good sense of humour Experience in a similar high volume, telephone based role Good knowledge of cars would be useful Hours of work Mon to Fri 8.00am to 5.00pm onsite at our Customer Service office, Deerfield Beach, Florida, (the Sales Call Center will be based in Texas) If you would like to work for a forward thinking, collaborative and fun company who values its employees please apply today for this exciting opportunity today!
