Overview:
Join a reputable wealth management firm as a Temporary Client Service Associate . You’ll support financial advisors by ensuring smooth client onboarding, account maintenance, and high-touch service.
Key Responsibilities:
Process account openings, transfers, and documentation Respond to client inquiries via phone and email Maintain CRM with up-to-date client information Prepare meeting materials and assist with administrative follow-up Support internal teams to ensure efficient workflow
Requirements:
1+ year in a financial services, wealth management, or CSA role Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with custodial platforms (Schwab, Pershing, etc.) is a plus
