Only candidates with previous call center or phone-based customer service experience will be considered for this position.

Weekends Only Job Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems. Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved satisfactorily. Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution. Do administrative tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a call center support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong phone etiquette, with a professional and courteous manner in all verbal interactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple chats and calls simultaneously without sacrificing quality. Comfortable using customer support software, CRM tools, and live chat platforms.

$19.00 – $23.00 per hour
