Customer Service Professional 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars 2614 Avenue Of The Americas, Englewood, FL 34224 We are seeking a Reliable, Organized, Detail Oriented Team Player to Join our Growing Company. Looking to work in the office and taking high-volume telephone calls to schedule service jobs and related tasks.
Location:
We have two offices, one in Englewood and the other North Port. You will primarily be based in Englewood.

Abbott Air Inc is in Englewood and North Port, Florida and is a local family-owned medium sized Air Conditioning Company, well established over the 27 years in operation. We provide AC services, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) services to areas like North Port, Venice, Englewood, Rotonda West, South Gulf Cove and more. We are service driven and provide AC maintenance, AC repair, AC replacement, Duct Cleaning, Pool Heat Pump Repairs. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Strong communication skills: You must possess excellent verbal communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with clients over the phone.
- Customer service experience(optional): Prior experience in providing customer service (if any will be beneficial) to be able to handle customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems(optional): While not mandatory, knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems will be helpful in providing clients with accurate information and scheduling the appropriate technicians for the job.
- Multi-tasking abilities: You should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously (on pc), such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and updating customer information.
- Good organizational skills: You should be organized and able to maintain detailed records of customer interactions, job orders, and technician schedules.
- Ability to work under pressure: You should be able to work under pressure and handle high call volumes during peak periods.
- Proficiency in computer software: The candidate should have basic computer skills and be comfortable using scheduling software or being trained in it.
