Customer Service Representative Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly and courteously responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Communicate effectively with customers in person, phone and sometimes by email
• Utilize phone etiquette
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong phone etiquette
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
