Looking for a Dispatcher who has scheduled service techs (generators, HVAC, plumbing, etc. not necessarily logistics) preferably or heavy customer service working with industrial clients: Scheduling technicians with clients for maintenance, service and repair calls; rescheduling when emergencies come up Ensure parts are ordered, follow up to ensure techs have the parts they need for the service calls Track service orders Bill service orders Customer service•answering questions on service needs or invoices Entering data in CRM and excel

Schedule:

Mon•Fri, 7:30am•4:00pm; OT as needed; need someone who can work full hours as we are going into hurricane season

Skills/experience:

Experience in an industrial environment preferred Some dispatching experience preferred but experience working with industrial clients on solving their issues would work Good communication skills and telephone etiquette for answering high volume calls and taking detailed information in a fast paced environment Intermediate computer skills; Service Pro or ZOHO experience a plus
