Join Our Team as an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative Our local home standby generator branch is expanding once again, and we’re excited to welcome a new team member! We’re currently seeking an Office Assistant/Customer Service Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced administrative environment. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Office Manager and play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations and superior customer experiences. Your core strengths in customer service, administrative support, Microsoft Office, and organizational efficiency will be crucial to your success. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Provide excellent customer service to foster ongoing sales and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Schedule and coordinate appointments for the Southwest Florida (SWFL) sales team. Call customers at least one day in advance to confirm scheduled appointments. Stay informed on product features using company literature and training resources to effectively communicate with customers. Support post-sale procedures, including: Verifying that sales representatives have sent job emails with complete notes, images, costs, and pricing. Collecting 10% deposits. Ensuring necessary documents (N.O.C., boundary surveys) are submitted for permitting. Follow up via phone and email to ensure customer engagement and retention. Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment Why Join Us? $13.00 – $18.00 per hour
