Description:
The Trust & Wealth Management team is looking to add a Trust Client Services Representative . This individual facilitates the daily operations of trust accounts, transaction processing, record maintenance and addressing Client and Trust Officer inquiries. Responsibilities include handling account documentation, collaborating with internal teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities include:
Operational account input; Transaction processing; Daily settlement and reconciliations; Compliance and document management; Reporting and record keeping; and cross trained on other daily operational functions to assist the team.
