Customer Service Assistant Company Overview RAJ & Associates, LLC DBA RAJ Supply is an industrial supply company specializing in all segments of PPE including: marine, traffic and facility safety; as well as Hardi Agricultural Products. We are a family owned and operated business located in Crystal River. We are currently seeking a Full Time Customer Service Person.

Full-time, 40 hours/week
Shift:
Days
Starting wage range: $15 to $17/hour depending on experience. Employer will discuss with applicant at time of job offer.
Key Responsibilities Customer Related Support:
- Provide customer assistance via phone, email, online chat or in person.
- Work a cash register, count cash and make change.
- Restock, reorganize, and clean retail area.
Order Management:
- Assist customers to place online orders.
- Process online orders and assist with tracking shipments.
- Assist with customer complaints and escalations.
- Initiate returns and exchanges.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
- Prepare spreadsheets tracking customer service metrics.
- Reorder office supplies.
- May assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data retention.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Age 18 minimum due to hours of work
Customer service experience preferred but will train if applicant is customer focused
Employer conducts drug screen and reference checks
Knowledge and Skills:
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
- Ability to learn about company products, services, and policies to clearly communicate them to customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of or ability to learn QuickBooks software within the probationary period of 90 days.
Additional Tasks:
- May be involved in product promotions.
- Ability to lift 20 lb.
