Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Provide accurate information regarding services, office policies, and procedures Route calls and messages to appropriate clinical and administrative staff Verify insurance information and assist with patient registration as needed Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA guidelines
Qualifications:
