We are a thriving, privately owned specialty and emergency veterinary hospital opening a new location in Orange Park, FL , and we’re looking for Client Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our incredible front desk team.

Day Shift:
7:00 AM•3:00
PM Swing Shift:
3:00 PM•11:00
PM Overnight Shift:
11:00 PM•7:00
AM Your Role:
Be the first and last impression for our clients—warm, professional, and composed Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling with accuracy and empathy Check in/out patients and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate Facilitate communication between clients and medical staff Assist with financial transactions, treatment plan discussions, and general support
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of client-facing or veterinary front desk experience preferred Excellent communication and multitasking skills Calm under pressure and able to handle emotionally charged situations Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork A love for animals and empathy for pet owners Be the Connection That Makes a Difference.
