Requirements:
- You must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to our style of collections.
- Experience preferred, but not necessary…must be upbeat, positive and have a friendly voice with ability to communicate effectively over the phone and maintain our integrity. You must also demonstrate a professional office demeanor.
- Ability to collect on credit cards and pay day loans; and must also be able to collect on other 3rd party charged-off debt.
