Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a timely and courteous manner Listen to customers’ descriptions of their boat issues and concerns Schedule service and repair appointments Provide customers with updates on the status of their boats’ repairs or maintenance Work with technicians to accurately diagnose and repair boats Document all work performed and recommended on the repair order Ensure customer satisfaction at all times Promote additional services and repairs as necessary
Qualifications:
Experience with LightSpeed CRM preferred Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of existing marine service advisor experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word and Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. High attention to detail. Ability to present a professional image and communicate with public, co-workers, management, customers and others in a courteous, positive and professional manner. Preferred candidates will have enthusiasm, show strength in understanding the needs of the customer and be able to solve complex problems. The ability to take initiative and utilize sound judgment in decision making. Must be able to work in a team environment with the ability to interact in a positive manner with co-workers and management. Must have the ability to demonstrate a sales initiative.
