Cashier/Customer Service Grace and Shelly’s Cupcakes 9100 Strada Place, Naples, FL 34108 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include processing transactions, assisting customers with their inquiries, and promoting our products through effective communication and upselling techniques. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position.

PAY:

$10 AN

HOUR PLUS TIPS. TIPS ARE PAID CASH DAILY

Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs. Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle cash management tasks, including balancing the cash register at the end of shifts. Communicate product features and benefits to customers to facilitate sales. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase new items or promotions. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area while ensuring stock levels are adequate. Assist with inventory management by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are a plus. Basic understanding of retail math to assist with transactions and inventory management. Ability to engage customers effectively through upselling and product demos. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as required.
