CUSTOMER SERVICE NERD
(CSR): Outbound Nerd At Plumbing, Cooling, and Electrical Nerds, we’re dedicated to delivering top-tier service for our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced customer service representative to make outbound calls. In this role, you’ll reach out to customers to follow up on inquiries, book new jobs, offer services, and ensure an outstanding customer experience every step of the way.
DAILY EXPECTATIONS
Make outbound calls to customers to book new opportunities for our company. Clearly communicate product or service updates. Resolve customer issues with efficiency, escalating as needed. Handle high volume of outbound calls. Document and update customer records. Gather and report feedback from customers to help improve our services.
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
Previous experience in customer service. Experience in the home service industry is preferred. Highly organized & able to prioritize. Service Titan experience is a plus. Must have experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Office. Must be honest, ethical, and represent the company professionally in al business matters. Provide 5-star customer service. Must be self-motivated and posses a positive, professional demeanor. Be accountable to your metrics and be willing to try new things in order to improve.
