Job Description

This job posting is for an inventory control / office administrator position located in Naples, FL. This position will play a vital role in our electrical construction company. Key Job Duties:
    GREAT TYPING

    • Ability to communicate with clients on email and telephone; we need to understand what they need and how we can help them.
    • Organize and later communicate with team members client location and job information.
    • Assist in maintaining the inventory of job materials and supplies and ordering as needed.

    – After getting the projects, we have to get everything together to sucessfully complete the job, day by day.

    Necessary Skills and Experience:
    • Strong computer skills including but not limited to Excel and Outlook.
    • Experience providing exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
    • Ability to work well with others.
    • Minimum high school or equivalent education.
    BonusPoints:
    • Experience with construction permits.
    • Spanish proficiency
    • Some Quickbooks experience is a plus, but not required.
