Join our dynamic Customer Services team as a Call Center Representative! If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you! A Call Center Representative plays an integral part of our court operations team by performing moderately complex to advanced clerical work in support of the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller operations functions. In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls relating to Jury Duty, court dates, cases involving traffic, felony and family law cases, as well as lawsuits. No legal experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to kick start your career journey with us!
This position is eligible for a two dollar per hour stipend which has already been added to the salary advertised. The two dollar per hour stipend will be awarded upon completion of one year of service in this role. The stipend will no longer apply should the employee transfer out of this position.
