has an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Representative 1, Customer Service Representative 2 or Sr Customer Service Representative at our Jacksonville, FL location.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Performs activities to reconcile, review, and monitor the activities required, ensuring the company’s obligation to safely transport liquid natural gas (LNG) to customers or from suppliers is completed.
  • Performs advanced level very complex transactions, including contract negotiation, confirmation of nominations, and monitoring of the delivery of LNG to customers while adhering to all contract terms, rules and regulations.
  • Reconciles imbalances with customers.
  • Provides information timely to allow for any necessary reconciliation.
  • Works with customers and less experienced employees to explain company policies, practices, and LNG transportation procedures.
  • Assists in customer problem resolution.
  • Monitors customer activities and ensures compliance with contracts and regulations.
  • Maintains necessary documentation of LNG receipt, delivery and transportation activity, and prepares reports as needed.
  • Participates in specialty projects requiring advanced to complex business knowledge and a mastery of more complex LNG issues.
  • Manages and provides timely, accurate, and volumetric information for analysis and decision making.
  • Performs at a high level to develop and maintain good relationships with key account customers.
  • Coordinates LNG deliveries with LNG plants, trucking companies, customers and marketing on a daily basis to assure customers are delivered LNG safely and timely, and consistent with the terms of sales contracts.
  • Has the ability to service all customer requests and to provide advanced information on company policies and practices.
  • Provides assistance and individualized training on LNG transportation and loading and delivery procedures and requirements.
  • Works with other business areas to find resolutions to issues impacting a wider array of users.
  • Available at all times as needed.
  • Provides proactive customer support.
  • Analyzes work to eliminate errors and avoid risks.
  • Provides documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Provides LNG specific training as needed for employees, vendors and customers.
  • In times of system stress, assist with tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS

Customer Service Representative 1: Ability to operate personal computer, including data analysis. Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions
Ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport and speak persuasively
Ability to negotiate problem solutions
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Customer Service Representative 2: Ability to perform data analysis
Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions
Ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport and speak persuasively
Ability to negotiate problem solutions
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Knowledge of natural gas pipeline system and LNG facility operations preferred
Knowledge of customer LNG facilities and operations preferred
Previous experience with truck transportation and scheduling of LNG.

Senior Customer Service Representative:

Considerable experience in LNG operations and LNG transportation. Ability to perform data analysis
Ability to define problems, collect data and draw conclusions
Ability to communicate effectively, establish rapport and speak persuasively
Experience in negotiating LNG transportation and sales contracts
Experience with truck transportation, scheduling and delivery of LNG.
Effective interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Working knowledge of LNG facility operations

Education:

Bachelor (Typically four years of related, progressive work experience would be needed for candidates applying for this position who do not possess a bachelor’s degree.)
