The coordinator will be the liaison between clients, warehouse staff, and management. Also, a liaison between various staff members to complete projects. To be successful as a coordinator you must have excellent communication skills and a passion for organization and production. A good coordinator manages project schedules meticulously and thinks on their feet to solve any problems that arise.
You will be responsible for:
Compiling lists of all tasks needed to be accomplished. Delegating resources Evaluating performances Reviewing and responding to delays, inaccuracies, or errors Improving day-to-day processes Updating information as it becomes available. Working with other departments to establish common goals. Maintaining relationships with clients and customers Organizing multiple projects and services Monitoring incoming products and materials Improving and advising on ways to improve processes. Assigning staff as needed Managing special projects What we need from you: High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions. Organized team player Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management and departments Able to work in a diverse, fast-paced environment. Able to follow multiple guidelines and procedures. What skills & experience you’ll bring to us: Proven work experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role Excellent time management skills Ability to multitask Prior experience in a manufacturing production and/or warehouse role.
