Call Center Rep – Remote after training! Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Description:

SNI Companies is looking for Call Center Representatives to joina great organization in the Jacksonville, FL area! This is an entrylevel position. Must be currently located in or near Jacksonville,FL. After in-person training, you will be eligible to be fullyremote. Starting at $13 an hour, candidates are eligible for araise after you are converted to a permanent employee by theclient. Must be able to work on site during training period. Mustbe able to pass background check and drug test. Must posses strongcommunication skills and be able to proficiently use a computer.

Call Center Representatives will act as a liaison, provideproduct/services information, answer questions, and resolve anyemerging problems that our customer accounts might face withaccuracy and efficiency. The duties and responsibilities of a CSRinclude managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries,generating sales leads that develop into new customers, andidentifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.

Call Center Representative Job Description/Summary:

Manage largeamounts of incoming phone calls Identify and assess customers’needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships andtrust with customer accounts through open and interactivecommunication Handle customer complaints, provide appropriatesolutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up toensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, processcustomer accounts and file documents Follow communicationprocedures, guidelines and policies

Qualifications:

High schooldiploma or GED required Strong customer service and activelistening skills Strong data entry and computer skills Must be ableto pass background check and drug test Must be able to work on-siteduring training period
