Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat Respond promptly to all inbound lead requests Act as a bridge between customers and our buying team Support in generating reports and maintaining logs Proactively identify opportunities to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Qualifications:
Previous call center experience is advantageous Flexibility to work weekends Excellent phone, organizational, written, and oral skills Ability to instantly build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor Positive Attitude Good verbal and written communication skills Self-motivation and self-sufficient
