We work closely with businesses to provide customers with updated information about our clients’ products and services. We are currently hiring for an entry-level Client Sales Specialist to communicate directly with local businesses and provide professional customer service and sales support. As a Client Sales Specialist, you will spark interest in our clients’ services and support their sales objectives through in-person sales and communication. We’re seeking an entry-level and professional Client Sales Specialist who can represent both CM Sales Solutions and our clients with confidence while collaborating across departments to achieve impactful sales results.

Client Sales Specialist Responsibilities:

Support client sales goals through B2B customer acquisition by meeting in person with business owners in the Jacksonville area Deliver accurate, timely information about services, products, and promotions given proper entry-level Client Sales Specialist training Connect local business customers with client resources for a positive sales experience and advance our customer service process Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and stay informed on client offerings Collaborate with other entry-level Client Sales Specialists and Sales team members to plan meetings, presentations, and sales strategies Develop market insights to refine sales tactics and improve conversion rates Gain a solid understanding of the client platforms and assist other entry-level Client Sales Specialists Qualifications for the

Client Sales Specialist:

Prior experience, entry-level knowledge, or a strong interest in sales, customer service, communications, or technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work full-time and commute to our Jacksonville office; as well as designated locations where AT&T provides their customer leads A team-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and collaboration Strong reliability in managing time, meeting deadlines, and following through on all Client Sales Specialist tasks
