Client Support Associate Critical Response Strategies Jacksonville, FL 32216 Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for a bachelor’s degree graduate who’s passionate about learning, growing, and being trained in professional consulting and staffing services. You’ll be responsible for establishing and strengthening client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build rapport through email, phone, and video interactions. Proactively check in with clients to understand needs and concerns. Client Inquiry & Issue Resolution Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests. Investigate and troubleshoot issues; escalate to appropriate internal teams when necessary. Ensure all client issues are resolved efficiently and thoroughly documented. Client Satisfaction & Experience Monitor satisfaction levels and follow up post-interaction. Gather feedback and relay insights to management for service improvement. Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and clarity in all communications. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and emergency response staff. Ensure internal stakeholders are informed of client concerns and updates. Support onboarding by coordinating training sessions and ensuring necessary documentation is provided. Develop compelling and strategic proposals to secure new business opportunities and drive organizational growth. Learning & Professional Growth Participate in training programs and workshops to deepen understanding of emergency management and staff augmentation. Shadow senior Client Service Associates to observe best practices. Demonstrate continuous improvement by applying feedback to enhance performance. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems. Track and report metrics—response time, resolution times, satisfaction scores—to support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Emergency Management, or related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for learning and professional development. Empathetic, detail-oriented, and client-focused. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced expertise in Excel. Prior experience in customer service, client support, or administrative roles.
