CSA – Customer Service Associate QuickTie Products 2730 Pickettville Road, Jacksonville, FL 32220 Customer Service Associate QuickTie is a rapidly growing manufacturer of building materials for the construction industry. Since the company’s founding 25 years ago, we’ve continued to improve our employee offerings and culture and have established a long-tenured, hard-working but collegial team. This entry to mid-level sales position will be responsible for receiving, processing, and responding to orders and inquiries from customers (e.g., builders and lumberyards), while working across various internal departments to satisfy customer needs. Working closely with customers and the operations team, our Customer Service Associate will provide excellent customer service to both new and existing customers. Primary Responsibilities (as a % of time) Customer Service (70%): o Answer customer phone calls and email inquiries. Communicate through various channels (telephone and email) with inside and outside parties o Process sales orders and quotes via email and company computer systems o Act as a liaison between customers and our fulfilment team o Assist outside sales on matters requiring headquarters involvement o Strengthen relationships with existing customers o Invoicing Business Development (15%): o Upsell, recommending additional products to compliment orders o Research and analyze markets, potential customers, decision-makers, etc. o Generate, contact and follow up on sales leads o Follow-up on quotes o Create and maintain relationships with new customers Administrative (15%): o Utilize CRM system (contacts, latest activity, status, etc.) o Preparing and filing paperwork o Uploading shipping photos to network o Aiding in collections when required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Access)
• Intermediate to Expert with Excel (required)
• Demonstrable superior customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience using SAGE or other ERP (preferred)
