The ideal candidate is comfortable with computers and willing to be trained in all areas of retail sales including greeting customers, job intakes, keeping the sales floor neat and organized and handling customer complaints. The ideal candidate will be able to excel in a fast-paced environment and readily take direction. Candidate must be detail oriented and have exceptional customer service skills. Shift times are between 10am to 8pm. Must be available on weekends (FRI, SAT, & SUN) and holidays as we are located in a retail mall.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers upon entry. Follow the sales and service policies established by the store. Manage in-stock merchandise. Manage customer traffic. Handle customer complaints. Go to work on time and ready to work. Order items and merchandise. Work as a team with other employees. Match merchandise to customer needs and preferences. Learn basic watch repair and pricing. Learn basic jewelry knowledge and pricing. Input workorders – to be detail oriented.
