Responsibilities As our Customer Satisfaction Representative, you’ll be the voice of McLaren after the sale — reaching out, gathering feedback, solving problems, and making our clients feel supported and valued.

Your mission:

Reach out to recent buyers daily via phone, text, and email to check in and gather feedback Monitor recorded client interactions to ensure high service standards Help clients share their positive experiences through reviews and brand engagement Send branded gifts to clients to reinforce loyalty and appreciation Use empathy and insight to strengthen our customer relationships and brand reputation Resolve any post-sale issues quickly and professionally Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM and software tools Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience Provide daily reports on performance, outreach, and customer sentiment Requirements 2+ years in a customer-facing or service-focused role Strong communication skills — you’re personable, persuasive, and professional Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to multitask with ease A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems on the fly Comfortable reaching out to clients over the phone and via email/text Experience in sales, marketing, construction, agriculture, or equipment industries is a bonus Bilingual?
