The ideal candidate will be patient, solutions-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of customer needs while maintaining professionalism. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and strengthening our brand reputation. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions. Maintain customer records by updating account information and tracking interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to supervisors or other departments when necessary. Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to offer effective assistance. Meet or exceed performance goals related to response time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 1+ year of experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.). Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and data entry systems. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or others) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in HR, recruitment, or staffing environments. Knowledge of CRM systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS). Previous experience handling high call volumes or chat-based support.
