Fairchild St. compensation: dep on experience employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Customer Service Rep Small local company looking to hire a Bilingual customer service rep for inside office position. This is a full-time position Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm with guaranteed overtime and alternating Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00 pm. Duties will include but not limited to.
- Interaction with customers
- Answering phones
- Learning dedicated in house computer system
- Know Excel, Windows, or willing to learn
- Navigate computer in multiple systems
- Use in house radio system
- Able to follow directions and complete tasks Must have good work ethics Must work well with others in small office setting Must have reliable transportation Must be a team player Must be fast learner Must maintain a professional work demeanor Must maintain a clean working environment Must have valid ID Must be able to leave all personal issues out of the working hours Although we are advertising for bilingual it is not required to be considered for the position.
